		<description>None of this is a big surprise to those who try to keep up with the news. President Bill Clinton was widely known for taking public opinion straw polls on issues before making his views known. He essentially wanted to simply say what was "popular", not what was right or what he convincingly believed. Sometimes in leadership you have to have a position or view and stick with it, even if others disagree. The Clinton's pretty much want to say what is popular at the moment.
